We have tried to make our enquiry and booking process as simple and straight foward as possible. To make a booking or enquiry please follow the 3 steps below.


(1).Choosing your accommodation + ski package:

Have a browse around our website which offers a variety of concepts, sizes and budgets across the range. If one of the appartments or chalets on the site is of interest then we encourage you to make an enquiry via the site so that we can get in touch with you (make an enquiry). Because our holidays are of a tailor made nature, it is always best for us to discuss your requirements such as skiing abilities, ski pass requirements, lessons, child care etc. directly with you in order to ascertain the most suitable package. We will then look at our database of properties and discuss your requirements with other members of the sales team before presenting you with a range of options to discuss further.

(2). Holding Options:

We would be delighted to put an appartment or chalet on hold for you (on option) at no cost to you. This will give you time to confirm details with other members of your party and will give you the first option on the requested dates for 48 - 72 hours which will be confirmed at the time of placing the option. If you do not confirm the booking within this time, your reservation will lapse and the appartment or chalet will be offered to other parties.

(3) Confirming a booking:

To confirm your booking please complete and sign the booking form, read the terms and conditions and return it to us via fax or scan and email within 7 days of receipt. You must also include a deposit of 25% of the total price of booking. This can be paid via credit card (2% surcharge) or by bank transfer. Our bank acc. details will be present on your booking form.

The final balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings within 8 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the accommodation is due immediately on reservation.

Once the booking form has been received and the deposit processd, an email confirmation will be sent.

For self catering guests, we will require details of a credit card  to hold as a damage and cleaning deposit, this is returned immediately on departure.
